At Villag Aura, we prioritize customer satisfaction and product quality. Currently, we operate on an exchange-only policy and do not offer refunds or returns.

📦 Exchange Eligibility

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

⏳ Exchange Time Frame

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Used or opened products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or discounted products (if applicable)

🔄 Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email
  2. Share your order number and clear pictures of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request
  4. If approved, we will replace the item with the same or similar product (subject to stock availability)
