At Villag Aura, we prioritize customer satisfaction and product quality. Currently, we operate on an exchange-only policy and do not offer refunds or returns.
📦 Exchange Eligibility
We only offer exchanges in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
⏳ Exchange Time Frame
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Used or opened products
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or discounted products (if applicable)
🔄 Exchange Process
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email
- Share your order number and clear pictures of the issue
- Our team will review your request
- If approved, we will replace the item with the same or similar product (subject to stock availability)
